  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Optionally use melted chocolate, nuts, and fruits for decorating

Instructions
 

  • Mash a ripe banana in a ramekin or mug, then crack an egg into it and mix until thoroughly combined. Add cocoa powder and baking powder into the mixture, stirring until it forms a smooth and well-combined batter.
  • Put the mug in the microwave and heat it at 100% power for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the mug from the microwave. Optionally, top the brownie with melted chocolate, nuts, and fruits of your choice.
